Delivery

 

-  Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.

- Shipments are made with La Poste in colissimo or with Mondial Relay in relay point both with tracking number.

 

- Orders are sent within 72 hours of receipt of payment (except weekends and public holidays).

 

- An email will be sent to you when your order is dispatched and the tracking number will be communicated to you.

 

- The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their content on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Enchantements Célestes cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of packages by the carrier.

Return policy

​

- Returns are accepted within fourteen working days of delivery of the order.

 

- Any request for return must be made by the contact form via the shop www.enchantements-celestes.fr or by e-mail (enchantements.celestes@hotmail.com) mentioning the personal details and the order number.

 

- The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, the shipment must be made under shipping conditions similar to those used by Enchantements Célestes (by colissimo or world relay, with mandatory tracking number).  

 

- Any return made without a tracking number or damaged during transport due to non-compliance and insufficient correct packaging on the part of the customer will not be refunded.

 

- Items must be complete, intact and unopened, still in their original packaging.
Any product that has been used, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
 

 

- If these conditions are met, the customer will be refunded the same amount as his initial purchase (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt of the order by return mail.
